Behavioral questions, which interviewers ask to get a sense of how you handle tasks and situations at work, might look like this:
- “Give me an example of a time you faced a conflict at work. How did you resolve it?”
- “Tell me about a time when you thought: ‘This just isn’t working.’ How did you work to improve the situation?”
- “Tell me about a time when you were under a lot of pressure at work. How did you get through it?”
